Pushkaraj will lead the GTM, strategy, partnership and revenue operations functions
iMocha, the leading skills intelligence platform that empowers talent managers to make smarter talent decisions, has announced the arrival of ex-Microsoft and TheDataTeam Pushkaraj Kale to lead their Go-To- Market.
Kale comes to iMocha with 30 years of experience in the technology and business sectors. Previously, as co-founder and COO of TheDataTeam, he led all customer-facing functions as well as human resources, legal and operations and played a central role in scaling the business. . Prior to that, as National Director of Financial Services Business at Microsoft, he was instrumental in building growth and partnership teams that delivered multiple revenue growth.
In this role, Kale will work cross-functionally to build and execute all GTM initiatives. It will also strengthen the channel of partnerships and alliances in line with the business-centric strategy.
