Mike Colon was promoted by Microsoft to Director of Customer Success for California State Government Customers.
Colon, a resident of El Dorado Hills, has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, having worked in both the public and private sectors. He joined Microsoft in March 2014 as a Technical Account Manager and was later elevated to Senior Customer Success Account Manager. Prior to joining Microsoft, Colon was a system software specialist for what is now the California Department of Technology.
Prior to joining the state, Colon had been a systems administrator for Simpata, whose products include customer relationship management (CRM), time tracking and project management tools.
