Telecommunications company Gamma chose Dubber to provide conversational intelligence and unified recording services on Microsoft Teams. Gamma’s channel partner network can now sell Dubber as part of its Microsoft Teams voice-activation portfolio.

In November 2021, Dubber became one of the first solutions to achieve certification for compliant call recording on Teams. Its technical and artificial intelligence capabilities have enabled businesses of all sizes to ensure voice conversations on Teams are recorded and stored in a compliant manner.

“It is widely reported that three quarters of conversations taking place at work on collaboration tools such as Teams will be recorded by 2025,” said Chris Wade, chief marketing and product officer at Gamma. “This clearly shows that this capability is driving improvements in customer experience, training and compliance across voice and video.

“We have partnered with Dubber so that our channel partners can offer this valuable service to their customers, allowing them to unlock the value of voice AI technologies through Gamma to securely capture critical voice data.”

Dubber users can gain new insights from Teams interactions that improve accuracy and productivity of insights and streamline communication, with conversational intelligence and real-time text and voice insights.

“The Dubber team is proud and excited to partner with Gamma to bring intelligent conversational capture over Teams recording to its extensive channel partner network and loyal customer base,” said Simon Broadbent, senior vice president sales at Dubber EMEA. “What’s special about Dubber is that it’s delivered as a service, allowing Gamma, its customers, and its reseller network to activate and deliver value immediately.

“Gamma has been at the forefront of the unprecedented adoption of Unified Communications in the UK market over the past 15 years. This partnership provides a great opportunity to continue conversational intelligence innovation for Teams users in the future.

This news follows Gamma’s recent designation as a Microsoft Solutions Certified Partner for Modern Work, under the new Cloud Partner Program. According to Gamma, the partnership will enable it to deliver greater success to its customers with access to new capabilities and resources that will help customers meet the demands of hybrid working.

“Becoming a Solutions Partner for the Modern Workplace shows our customers that we are a provider that is committed to training, accreditation and delivering solutions that lead to customer success,” Wade said.
